Never Judge Others

A loving little girl was holding two apples with both hands. Her mum came in and softly asked her little daughter with a smile “sweetie” could u give mum one of your two apples?

The girl looked at her mum for some seconds, then she suddenly took a quick bite on one apple, and then quickly on the other. The mum felt the frown on her face freeze. She tried hard not to reveal her disappointment.

Then the little girl handed one of her bitten apples to her mum, and said “mummy here you are” this is the sweetest one.

No matter who you are, how experienced you are, and how knowledgeable you think you are, always delay judgement. Give other people the privilege to explain themselves.

What you see may not be the reality. Never conclude for others. Which is why we should never only focus on the surface and judge others without first understanding them.

Those who like to pay the bill, do so not because they are rich, but because they value friendship or relationship above money.

Those who take the initiative at work, do so not because they are stupid but because they understand the concept of responsibility.

Those who apologise first after a fight, do so not because they are wrong but because they value the people around them.

Those who are willing to help you, do so not because they owe you anything but because they see you as a true friend.

Those who often text you, do so not because they have nothing better to do but because you are in their heart.

One day all of us will get separated from each other and miss each other. We will miss our conversation of everything. Our children will ask who was this is person in your picture, among your friends list and you will say, he or she kept me going, inspired or helped me.

As l sat here this day taking time to write you this, it is not because l have nothing to do, l have a lot to do, but l have faith in you of what God has put inside you. I believe in you and value your friendship.

I am an author and broadcaster. In January 2013 I very nearly died but our Father God healed me and I am still alive to tell the tale! I have written/edited several books about the Bible, God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus. My future ministry is focused on outreach. I do not just want to preach to the converted but to many people 'out there' who do not know Jesus as their Saviour and who are in great need of His love and compassion. Praise be to the Lord our God, our Heavenly Father
