Praying

Oh, dear Lord, can we ever be like you and embrace the same attitude to life, and to others, as you did. We know that the Lord’s Prayer tells us how we can do it but do we really understand the full meaning of this amazing prayer?

We are calling out to our Father God, which brings us into a close and loving relationship with Him. A Father that loves, cares, provides, and knows each one by name and knows their every need, desire, hurt, sadness, joys and sorrows. He can and will do something to change the situation we bring before Him as we sincerely and lovingly call to Him.

As you open yourself to Him, humbly bowing your head, closing your eyes, depending on where you are at that moment, perhaps with eyes open, wherever you may be, the distractions around you will begin to fade and you will become aware of God’s loving presence. There is wondrous beauty and goodness when we are able to communicate with our heavenly Father.

Everyone prays at different times, for a new direction in life, for help in times of distress, for a job, for someone who is ill or for comfort and peace when someone passes away, in times of emptiness or loneliness.

Our Father God and the Holy Spirit will be able to help you in whatever circumstances you find yourself.

Praise be the Lord

With many peaceful blessings

I am an author and broadcaster. In January 2013 I very nearly died but our Father God healed me and I am still alive to tell the tale! I have written/edited several books about the Bible, God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus. My future ministry is focused on outreach. I do not just want to preach to the converted but to many people 'out there' who do not know Jesus as their Saviour and who are in great need of His love and compassion. Praise be to the Lord our God, our Heavenly Father
