Naaman is cured from Leprosy

2 Kings 5: 3

She said to her mistress “If only my master would see the prophet who is in Samaria! He would cure him of his leprosy.

Naaman, her Master, was a captain in the army of the King of Syria. Naaman was powerful, wealthy, respected, admired, envied and victorious.

But he was Stricken by leprosy.

Servants played a major role in this miracle.

The young Jewish Girl gave a faithful witness for our Lord and God used her testimony to get Naaman to visit Elisha.

Naaman’s servants encouraged him to obey the prophet, and his obedience led to his healing and his faith in our Father God.

No matter who, or where, you are, God always can use your witness and testimony.

God uses the nobodies of the world to bring answers to our sickness, our problems.

God uses the troubles in our daily lives, as opportunities to bring us closer to Him for healing and salvation.

His answers comes not in the way we expect and sometimes we reject them.

In desperation, we accept the answers and we receive a solution to our problems.

We must look at the message and not the messenger.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, please open our eyes that we may see beyond the person that carries the answer to our problems.

Help us to hear the message with the love that is revealed.

We receive the message graciously and we shall be obedient to what we hear and what and how to find the solution.

We shall not be quick to judge but willingly accept that you are speaking through him/her.

Dear Father, please bless us mightily in everything we say, everything we do and everywhere we go.

Amen

With many peaceful blessings

Geoffrey

I am an author and broadcaster. In January 2013 I very nearly died but our Father God healed me and I am still alive to tell the tale! I have written/edited several books about the Bible, God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus. My future ministry is focused on outreach. I do not just want to preach to the converted but to many people 'out there' who do not know Jesus as their Saviour and who are in great need of His love and compassion. Praise be to the Lord our God, our Heavenly Father
